Home to the Winter Park Institute

Dedicated in late 2021, the 52,000 sq. ft. Winter Park Library & Events Center is home to the Winter Park Institute.  Larger events take place in the Events Center Grand Ballroom, while smaller free events are held inside the Library.

Designed by the architectural firm Adjaye and Associates in London, the Events Center accommodates up to 320 patrons of the Institute in a theater-style setting.  The Library features the Edyth Bush Charitable Foundation Raked Theater for smaller, free events staging authors and public lectures.  For arrival and departure, a covered Porte Cochere makes it convenient for guest access.

Vast windows avail natural light to enter into the interior spaces, connecting the beauty of the outdoor park to indoor experiences.  There’s even a rooftop terrace that serves to usher guests for smaller gatherings under open skies.
