Erin Andress
Program Director, Pages for the Ages
Erin Andress is an operations and nonprofit leader, lifelong learner, and passionate advocate for the power of human connection. With a professional background spanning the SaaS, office technology, and medical device industries, she currently serves as Operations/HR Manager at QuoteWerks, where she brings a people-centered approach to organizational leadership. Erin is also a Humanities major at Rollins College, where she has maintained a 4.0 GPA since returning to higher education after a hiatus of more than two decades. Her academic interests in philosophy, history, literature, and storytelling reflect a lifelong curiosity about people, their experiences, and the ways we find common ground.
That curiosity also fuels her work as co-founder of Pages for the Ages, an intergenerational initiative of The Winter Park Institute that brings college students and older adults together through shared reading, meaningful conversation, and the exchange of perspectives. Helping build Pages for the Ages has become one of Erin’s most rewarding endeavors, and she hopes to see the program grow from its Central Florida roots into a nationwide network of intergenerational communities. For now, she is delighted to be helping create those connections right here in Winter Park. Outside of her professional, academic, and nonprofit pursuits, Erin enjoys spending time with family (especially her nieces and nephews), making music with her partner Ken, baking cookies for anyone willing to eat them, and squeezing in a good book whenever life allows.
